otrs-somconnexio is a Python library that acts as a client for the OTRS/Znuny Generic Interface (REST API). Originally developed by the Coopdevs cooperative to integrate the Odoo ERP system with OTRS for Som Connexió, it provides a clean abstraction layer for working with tickets, articles, and dynamic fields. The library simplifies the automation of workflows where data needs to be synchronized between external Python applications and the ticketing system. It is compatible with all systems supporting the OTRS Generic Interface, including Znuny and OTOBO.
