PyOTRS is a comprehensive Python wrapper for the OTRS, Znuny, and OTOBO REST API. The library allows developers to easily automate ticket workflows, such as creating tickets with attachments, searching based on specific criteria, or updating dynamic fields. A key feature is the support for the AccessToken method introduced in OTRS 8, with an automatic fallback to the legacy SessionID method when necessary. It is ideally suited for integrations, migration scripts, or monitoring connections.
