OTRS Ticket Config Item Details
FreeAn event module for OTRS and Znuny that retrieves attributes from a Configuration Item and populates them into ticket dynamic fields.
This module allows administrators to automatically synchronize data from the CMDB to ticket dynamic fields. When a Configuration Item (CI) is selected in a specific dynamic field, the module triggers an event to fetch defined attributes of that CI and store them in other dynamic fields of the ticket. This is particularly useful for reporting, routing, or providing agents with immediate context without manual data entry. It is compatible with OTRS 6.0.x and Znuny 6.x.
