It provides a typed client built on httpx, allowing developers to automate ticket workflows, create articles, and retrieve system data without writing raw HTTP requests. The library handles authentication and session management automatically. To use this library, a corresponding REST web service (Generic Interface) must be configured on the Znuny/OTRS server.
