This add-on implements the SCIM 2.0 (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) standard for Znuny. It allows identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, or Keycloak to automatically create, update, and deactivate user accounts (agents and customers) and manage group memberships within Znuny.
