Tessera is a Ruby client library designed to interface with the OTRS (Open Ticket Request System) REST API. Because Znuny, OTOBO, and LigeroSmart maintain compatibility with the OTRS GenericInterface, Tessera can be used across the entire ecosystem of these systems to simplify integrations within Ruby applications.
