FreeAllow agents to run GenericAgents from a ticket.
This extension for Znuny and OTRS Community Edition adds a new menu item to the ticket zoom view. It allows agents to trigger predefined GenericAgent jobs specifically for the currently opened ticket. This is particularly useful for workflows that require a human decision before an automation (such as moving tickets, changing priorities, or notifying customers) is initiated. The available jobs are managed centrally in the system configuration (SysConfig).
