Zammad OmniFocus Integration

An OmniFocus plug-in to synchronize assigned Zammad tickets with your personal task manager.

This OmniFocus plug-in (based on OmniAutomation) enables an efficient connection between the Zammad helpdesk and personal task management in OmniFocus. The script uses the Zammad API to fetch all tickets assigned to the current user and mirrors them as tasks within OmniFocus. Especially useful for support agents is the status synchronization: when a ticket is processed and closed in Zammad, the plug-in can automatically mark the corresponding task in OmniFocus as complete. The integration requires the OmniFocus Pro edition and a valid Zammad API token.
