This package is the official ITSM bundle for Znuny. Installing it deploys the complete Znuny ITSM stack, transforming the base system into a fully functional, ITIL-compliant service management platform. The bundle comprises seven core modules: General Catalog, ITSM Core, Incident & Problem Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Service Level Management, and the Import/Export framework. While these modules are installed as a separate bundle in Znuny 6.x, they are tightly integrated starting with Znuny 7.0 and can be obtained directly via the package manager from the online repository. The package enables seamless linking of tickets with IT assets (CIs) and services to ensure a holistic view of the IT infrastructure.
