MasterSlave

The MasterSlave package for Znuny and OTRS allows agents to define a ticket as a 'Master' and link other tickets as 'Slaves'. Once this relationship is established, actions performed on the master ticket (such as adding notes or changing the ticket status) are automatically synchronized to the slave tickets. This is highly efficient for managing major incidents or mass inquiries where many tickets share the same root cause and resolution. The package enhances the ticket menu and search capabilities to easily identify and manage master tickets.
