QuickOwnerChange
FreeAdds a dropdown to the ticket zoom view to change the ticket owner quickly.
QuickOwnerChange is an extension for Znuny, OTRS, and OTOBO designed to increase ticket handling efficiency. Instead of opening the standard owner-change popup, agents can select the new owner directly from a dropdown list within the ticket menu. This saves clicks and time, especially in environments with frequent owner reassignments. The extension is highly customizable via SysConfig, including options for sorting and filtering the displayed agents.
