This add-on extends the OTRS/Znuny Generic Interface. By default, the Generic Interface allows creating or updating tickets with articles, but it does not trigger the actual email sending process (MTA). This package adds a configuration option to the TicketCreate and TicketUpdate operations to send the article as an email to the recipients. Note: This functionality was integrated into the Znuny core starting with version 6.1, making this package obsolete for newer versions.
