They operate a central helpdesk for researchers in the humanities and social sciences, utilizing OTRS and Znuny for incident management and support workflows. The HZSK also develops and maintains custom ITSM extensions (such as the CLARIN-D Helpdesk OTRS Extension) to optimize these processes for the academic community.
