otrs.MissingAttachment

The otrs.MissingAttachment add-on improves communication quality by preventing the common mistake of forgetting to attach a file. When an agent composes an email, the module checks the body and subject for configurable terms (e.g., "attached", "enclosed", "anexo"). If a match is found without a file being uploaded, a warning message appears when clicking "Send". The user can then either add the attachment or confirm that the message should be sent without a file. This reduces unnecessary follow-up emails and increases professionalism in customer service.
