The add-on utilizes flexible templates that can be managed either as Template Toolkit files or directly via a template editor. Agents can generate PDFs on demand from the ticket detail view. For increased efficiency, PDFs can also be created fully automatically in the background, for example, when a ticket reaches a specific state. The resulting documents can be stored in structured dynamic fields, added as new articles to the ticket history, or sent directly via email. This significantly reduces manual effort and ensures consistent documentation for customers and partners.
