Adds the ability to download all attachments of a ticket or an individual article as a single ZIP archive.

This add-on for Znuny and OTRS Community Edition improves efficiency when working with document-heavy tickets. Instead of clicking and saving each attachment individually, agents can download all files of an article or the entire ticket as a ZIP archive with a single click. This saves time during archiving, forwarding, or external processing of documents. Starting with Znuny version 7.0, this functionality is partially integrated into the standard framework, though this package provides additional configuration options.

Adds an option to the article menu to download only the attachments of a specific article as a collection.
