Quick search for Configuration Items (CIs) directly in the OTRS/Znuny toolbar.

otrs.ToolBarCiSearch is an extension for OTRS and Znuny designed to increase agent efficiency when working with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The module adds a dedicated search field to the global toolbar, allowing agents to search for Configuration Items (CIs) at any time and from any view. This eliminates the need to navigate through the CMDB menu or use the complex search mask, saving significant time especially in high-volume support scenarios.
