communityLigeroSmart is an open-source IT Service Management (ITSM) and helpdesk platform based on the OTRS Community Edition. Developed and maintained by the Brazilian company Complemento, it extends the core OTRS/Znuny framework with additional features such as a REST API, Kanban boards, and integrations with tools like Rocket.Chat and WhatsApp. LigeroSmart is designed to support ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management (CMDB), providing a flexible and cost-effective alternative for service desk operations.
